- Why are your filter elements expensive?
- Because our cost is high. The glass fiber filter paper we used is imported from Germany. You will be surprised for its excellent filtering effect and durability. Hence, the price is reasonable.
- Is the lids of your filter made of plastic or iron?
- The lids of most of filters are made of plastic--PA66 and GF30. But They are hard to penetrate under normal circumstances. Their other performance is also excellent , such as resistances to effect of heat, abrasion and corrosion. We can also provide an iron lids if you want.
- Are the non-woven fabric and the sealing ring resistant to corrosion?
- Yes. And the former is made of PET with the characteristic of lipophobicity. The later is made of FKM with resistances of heat and abrasion .
- Why ask so many questions?
- Please rest assured, we are not to pry your trade secrets, but to find suitable products efficiently for you. We suggest you take a picture of the rating plate of the pump or provide us with the contact information of your technical personnel. It can save you a lot of effort.
- Is it difficult to install the filter?
- We have finished the installation before delivery, you only need to connect the filter and pump. There are teaching videos of installation on our official website. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems.
