- What about your quality control?
- You can definitely trust us. We have our own laboratory with 27 tests contributing to a 99.97% pass rate through entire production process. For example, all of our lids have passed the impact test and the bend test. During the development process the new products, we also set some tests like service life test.
- What quality certifications have your products passed?
- We have got the certification of ISO9001.
- Do you offer customization?
- Yes, ODM and OEM are both available. Please kindly tell us the specific requirements, and we will design products for you. Alternatively, we can produce products according to your design drawings. And please rest assured that we will not resell your drawings or design products.
- What about your quality guarantee period?
- According to international practice, we provides a quality guarantee period of 2000 hours. Through tests, we found that the life of the filter element is three months at least. But it actually depends on the working conditions. We suggest that replace the oil of vacuum pump before replacing the element. Regular oil change is also conducive to extending the service life of the filter element.
