- How are your products structured? What are the specific materials?
- Some of our filter contains double layer filter element of a low precision filter element and a high precision filter element. Regarding the materials, our filter paper is the highlight of our products. Firstly, the glass fiber filter paper is imported from Germany. It is corrosion resistant. And its flow resistance is low, so it is efficient for filtration. Secondly, our non-woven fabric is made of PET. It is oleophobic and corrosion resistant. Thirdly, the lids at both ends are composed of PA66 and GF30. They are hard, heatproof, abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant. Fourthly, the sealing ring is made of FKM. It is also resistant to high temperature, abrasion and corrosion.
- Is there any charge for designing the mold?
- Yes. The fee depends on your specific requirements. The mold will belong to you, and it could be sent to you with samples or products if you require.
- What about your product yield?
- Through entire production process, we have set 27 tests contributing to a 99.97% pass rate. And we provide a quality guarantee period of 2000 hours. We promise to replace products with quality problems for free within the warranty period. And the freight charges will be on our side. However, please kindly note that the operating conditions will affect the life of the filter.
